The Faculty of Business Administration at Dokuz Eylül University sets its own strategic objectives in line with the University’s overall strategic plan and evaluates its processes through performance programmes and activity reports in order to achieve these objectives. Strategic plans focus on objectives such as increasing the faculty’s scientific research capacity, strengthening the quality of education and teaching, developing institutional capacity, and improving the quality of social services. Within this framework, the achievement of the defined objectives is regularly monitored and evaluated.

The quality assurance system is used as an important tool in the process of achieving the faculty’s strategic goals. Through semi-annual and annual evaluations, performance indicators such as the effectiveness of teaching activities, the relevance of academic programmes, and student satisfaction are monitored. These processes aim to raise and continuously improve the faculty’s quality standards.
