Building on its institutional context and regional responsibilities, the Faculty of Business (FoB) has identified migration-linked inequality as a structurally relevant domain within United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 10 Reduced Inequalities. This focus was formalized in 2023 following a structured faculty-wide consultation and capacity review, which demonstrated that issues of access, inclusion, and social mobility, particularly among migrant-background populations, constitute an area where the Faculty can generate sustained, evidence-based societal impact.
Together, these activities demonstrate a structured, measurable faculty-level response that integrates scholarship, teaching, and engagement to address migration-linked inequality within the institutional mission of Dokuz Eylül University.
