Drawing on its institutional context and regional responsibilities, the Faculty of Business Administration (FoB) has identified gender equality and inequalities related to migration as significant structural areas within the framework of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals 5 (Gender Equality) and 10 (Reduced Inequalities). These focus areas were formalised following a structured consultation and capacity assessment conducted across the faculty in 2023. The assessment revealed that the Faculty has the potential to generate sustainable and evidence-based social impact in areas such as access, inclusivity and social mobility, particularly among migrant populations.
Together, these activities demonstrate a structured, measurable faculty-level response that integrates scholarship, teaching, and engagement.
