Faculty of Business (FoB), Dokuz Eylul University was established in 1992 as the first higher education institution within the Aegean region of Turkey where the medium of instruction is English. In 1992, Economics and International Relations Departments, in 1994 Tourism Management Department and in 2008, the International Business and Trade Department joined the Faculty of Business.
Mission: To educate entrepreneurs and leaders who have an international perspective, can keep pace with contemporary needs, and have learned lifelong learning; conduct activities that support sustainable development goals, and quality research.

AACSB PROCESS CONTINUES
FoB is in the process of AACSB accreditation since Autumn 2018 and is awarded with “Business Education Alliance Member” in summer 2019. Faculty of Business expects to be fully accredited by AACSB in year 2026.
ASSOCIATION OF CHARTERED CERTIFIED ACCOUNTANTS (ACCA) ACCREDITATION RENEWED
The Accounting and Finance -coded ACC and FIN, are accredited by Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2015. The ACCA is renewed for another five-year term starting from 2021.
FoB HAS BEEN ACCEPTED INTO THE CFA UNIVERSITY AFFILIATION PROGRAM
The Finance – coded FIN, major (specialization) is affiliated under the CFA University Affiliation Program in Jan 2021.
