The Quality Management System of the Faculty of Business has been formed and sustained by the AACSB Coordination Team and Accreditation Commissions as well as  the Faculty Quality Commission, including student representatives.

The Faculty Quality Commission, within the scope of the Dokuz Eylül University Quality Coordination and Quality Commission Directive (Senate Decision Date and No: 31.07.2025/711/2), oversees the functioning of the University’s quality management system in the Faculty of Business, identifies Faculty indicators, and carries out related activities in accordance with the principles determined by the University Quality Commission.

The sustainability of these activities is ensured through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination teams and commissions are formed to represent different academic units. Two student representatives are included in the Faculty Quality Commission. Students assigned under the scope of İŞKUR (Turkish Employment Agency) also actively participate in accreditation efforts.

The AACSB Coordination Team and Accreditation Commissions (Standards 1-9) are structured in accordance with the requirements of AACSB standards. To institutionalize the work of these teams, a Handbook was prepared in 2025. This document, which outlines all processes and standardizes the work schedule, has been prepared to guarantee the sustainability of internal quality assurance and is accessible to all relevant stakeholders via email, internal communication channels, and the faculty website. Within the scope of the faculty’s internal quality assurance efforts, all activities carried out in our faculty are systematically recorded according to the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle. This process ensures the harmonious and effective implementation of international (AACSB) and national (YÖKAK) Institutional Quality Management requirements.
